The CreatBot PEEK-GF filament is a glass fiber reinforced PEEK material designed for high-strength applications, offering exceptional rigidity, temperature resistance above 180°C, and pressure resistance up to 140 MPa. Compared to PEEK-CF, this filament delivers greater density and toughness, while maintaining comparable performance.
Often used as a lightweight metal substitute, CreatBot PEEK-GF is ideal for producing custom durable parts across industries such as aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, consumer electronics, and tooling. It's also well-suited for creating stable prototypes that can endure rigorous functional testing, meeting the stringent requirements of demanding production environments.
To achieve optimal results, PEEK-GF requires specific printing conditions, including a high nozzle temperature. The cooling fan should be turned off during printing to ensure proper crystallization. Recommended printing parameters are:
- Nozzle Temperature: 440°C
- Bed Temperature: 120°C
- Layer Height: 0.15 mm
- Print Speed: 20 mm/s
- Infill: 100%, +/- 45°
- Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
- Cooling Fan: Off
