Introducing the CreatBot PEEK-300, an industrial-grade 3D printer tailored for high-performance materials like PEEK and PEI. Designed for reliability and cost-effective printing of functional materials, this printer boasts an expansive build space of 300x300x400 mm, ideal for large-scale projects.
Equipped with dual extruders featuring an intelligent cooling system, the PEEK-300 ensures optimal filament feeding temperatures. Its height-adjustable nozzles facilitate quick alignment, perfect for multi-material or dual-color prints. Notably, the printer incorporates a newly developed liquid cooling system alongside air pump cooling, drawing cool air from the outside for enhanced performance.
Featuring a filament detection system, the PEEK-300 seamlessly pauses prints upon filament depletion, allowing for easy replacement. Operating at temperatures of up to 500°C, its nozzles accommodate a diverse range of filaments, including PEEK.
In the event of a power loss, the printer retains the last known position, facilitating uninterrupted printing upon resumption. Its enclosed and heated build area, capable of reaching 120°C, minimizes the risk of cracks and warping, particularly beneficial for high-temperature materials like ABS.
Moreover, the heated build platform, reaching 200°C, ensures optimal adhesion for materials such as PEEK and PEKK. Combining speed, precision (up to 0.04 mm resolution), and reliability, the PEEK-300 offers print speeds of up to 120 mm/s, with an enclosed build space preventing warping or cracking of large prints.
The printer also features triple heat isolation, comprising a double insulation chamber, advanced materials, and vacuum double PC boards, guaranteeing ultra-performance and safety. Additionally, its HEPA air filtration system ensures environmental safety, making it suitable for various settings, including homes, schools, and offices.
